When we enter Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, we will immediately understand why it is such a special place. This architectural marvel brings together people from all walks of life to appreciate its beauty and to gain a deeper understanding of the religion and culture of the United Arab Emirates. As one of the largest mosques in the world, it was the vision of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Father of the UAE. He dreamed of creating a welcoming and cultural haven that would inspire people from all backgrounds.
There are some rules to follow when visiting the mosque, particularly regarding dress code, which must adhere to the mosque’s standards.
